This was a test vase to try out carving through underglaze. It's a functional and unique vase to decorate your shelves or coffee table and filled with whatever you like! Made with speckled buff stoneware clay, painted with a forest green underglaze, and then carved through with a hand tool to create this woodgrain effect.
